Podcast Guest Agreement

This agreement sets the terms for the Guest’s participation in the podcast, including rights to the recorded content and confirmation that no monetary exchange will take place.

Podcast Owner

This podcast is owned and operated by Holistic Circle (www.holisticcircle.org) ("Host"). All rights to the podcast recordings, content, and distribution belong to Holistic Circle.

Recording & Usage Rights

• The Host has the exclusive right to record the Guest in audio and/or video formats.

• The Host may create and use transcripts or summaries, including AI-generated text.

• The Host may edit, repurpose, distribute, and monetize the recordings and transcripts across any media, now or in the future.

• The Host may use excerpts, quotes, and insights from the podcast for additional content, including but not limited to books, articles, and educational materials. Direct quotes from the Guest may be used, but the Guest’s name will not be used without their permission. The Guest agrees that no further approval or compensation is required for such use.

Intellectual Property

• The Guest retains ownership of their spoken content.

• The Host is granted an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and monetize the recorded material.

No Compensation

• The Guest agrees that participation is voluntary and unpaid.

• The Guest will not receive any share of revenue generated from the podcast.

• The Guest may promote their work by sharing how viewers can connect with them.
